1. What grade do your store sell?

We sell  Top Grade A and supper A with original packing (with sequence number, product ID ,manual ,hand tag and dust bag) and lower price. All the product are produced according to the original one and we take photos by the physicals, not the pictures from website or magzine.

2. How much is it for the shipping cost?

When you order over USD 100, free shipping. Anyway, if you really want the bags ,let re-negotiate the price and other detail. If your order is less than 100, you can check the cost according to our order system.

3. When will I get the product?

You will get it after 3-5 days after confirmed payment , we will send the tracking no to you after shippment.

4 . Any return policy and exchange ?

When you confirm the product and finish payment , we will proceed at once. Before the product is shipped , you can select any model with the same price but please inform us as soon as possible. After the goods is shipped , we can't exchange. As to return , if the product is not destroyed by human issue, we will accept but we check every product before shipment so the product should be no problem.
